About a foot square each. I bought two packages. Ultimately they worked out good. I have used all of the squares of both packages to have a large mat about 8’ x 3’. For my home gym. I have left over edge pieces and a few corners I had to trim the shape to fit together since I used two packs. I’ll save some of the extra edges in case I need them later. I duct taped all of the seams on the back. It is thick enough for what I wanted. Somewhere a little over half an inch thick I’d say. I also have it on top of my rubber home gym flooring. Overall, not too bad compared with the price of the large/oversized gym mats that are all one piece. I wanted something padded that I can move around on my gym floor. I also wanted red haha.
