The sleeves are long enough, even reaching out or upward. But it's 40 degrees Fahrenheit here now, and this was not terribly warm. I could feel the wind blowing through it. And if you were out in the rain for more than a couple of minutes, this thing would be soaked.After a great deal of trouble, I was able to get the thing fully unzipped. The zippers (2 ?) are on the right, and the left side pulls out. The zippered side pockets, while long, are very narrow, maybe the width of a smart phone. The armpits are not gusseted, and when you raise your arms overhead, the whole thing lifts up. Could have been a few inches longer to avoid this.
