It's easy to fit and looks great, a lot of people assume it's real wood and then touch it to find out.BUT (and this is a big but) I have now bought 3 of these cases in 3 years because the little plastic tabs that hold the shell to the MacBook snap off so easily that, usually within a month or so I lose one or two, before finally so many snap off the case won't stay on. It's very frustrating, because I like the case a lot and I feel like it should last more than just a year! I've reduced my star rating from 5 to 3 as a result. ### ⭐ Disappointed - cheep grainy plastic that doesn’t fit properly *by S***O on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 17 July 2020* Very disappointed to receive this and unexpected from the pictures and reviews. I honestly don’t understand how this has any good reviews. I have a brand new MacBook Air (2020) and wanted to protect it, I loved the wolf design. In reality the picture is a matt grainy dull image printed on cheep plastic crap that fits badly that I cannot close the MacBook when the cover is on. I’ve added my own pictures to show the reality of this cover. I will take the chance of covering the wolf picture in a thin layer of resin to hope that it will pop the image and won’t bother with the base as I want my MacBook to close properly. Waste of money, I’d expect to pay a fiver at the market had I seen this before buying. ### ⭐ Nasty lip round keyboard tray...Thick plastic..Apple logo is cut out *by M***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 16 January 2019* There is a nasty 1-2mm lip around the front edge of the keyboard tray which digs into your hands when typing. Some cases do not have this, some do.
