In my use case, I am using this at work to power several items, notably a Raspberry PI, Amazon Echo, and two Lightning Cables to charge instore devices. It is receiving constant power so it is important it is safe and reliable to be left on whilst nobody is present. The design is nice and sleek. The finish of the product is smooth and ergonomic and the quality is very good. The cable length is more than adequate and can of course be extended easily enough with an extension cable if necessary. In my instance, this is fixed to a frame in a permanent setting however if you were travelling with a device and needed a portable USB hub this would be more than sufficient for your needs. It is lightweight and takes up no space at all so would easily fit in a laptop bag or a pocket with little to no impact. The device has no mounting points. In most instances I suspect this would not be an issue but would be handy if it came with some way to mount to a desk or surface. In my permanent setting I popped the rear cover off and used two slim profile screws to attach to a frame after using a countersink to provide seating. After covering the screw heads with electrical tape I was able to pop the body of the device back onto the cover which I had screwed on allowing the unit to be permanently fixed. Although this is not ideal it suits my needs. Due to the slim profile there is little space within however the slim profile screws do not affect the functionality or contact the main board. The electrical tape is simply to remove any risk there is a risk of shorting out.
