I was worried that the size wouldn't cover my bowl, but the large size fit fine. Today, I started my bread fermenting and easy peasy covered the cap on my bowl - maybe even one-handed! When I needed to stretch and fold my dough, I pulled the cover off, and it went back on right with a satisfying "snap!" I can see these are going to be soooo helpful. I'm also the person who has a million plastic ware containers without lids. Voila, these covers will be perfect. So, if no one has told you you need this, I'm telling you now.
