**Q: Is it vegan?**
A: NO!!!  K. Koltcz is right on! On the website it is NOT Vegetarian, and I am 99% sure of this because of having to research to make sure what it is based on.  (Bovine at least.)  Solgar does make one, however I can't seem to find it on Amazon at the moment.  A good one on Amazon that I have tried and does work for me personally too is Deva Vegan Vitamins Vegan Glucosamine at this link:  http://www.amazon.com/Deva-Vegan-Vitamins-Glucosamine-Tablets/dp/B000V8BD0C

**Q: What is the source of the chondroitin in this preparation?**
A: Chondroitin sulfate is manufactured from animal sources, such as cow cartilage.  My mistake that I thought it was made from vegetarian source.  Thanks for asking me.

**Q: How many mg of glucosamine, chondroitin & msm?**
A: glucosamine=1500mg, chondroitin=1200mg and msm=700mg.  I prefer it with additional hyaluronic acid ingredient. So I just order them.  I do not know how many mg in hyaluronic acid yet, a trade of msm

**Q: Does this product have USP certification?**
A: I'm not sure if it has a USP certification, but it does have Solgar KOF-K certification # K-1250. Not sur if this help, but I hope it does.
