That combination is easily putting out at least 500 watts (maybe more) of heat when it's running a good movie ... your PS3 doesn't do more than about 200 watts per Wikipedia. So the fact that one fan running only on medium speed, plus some decent vent holes, takes care of all the heat from my system means no way do you need 2 fans.
