I tried pulling the bullet from a factory crimped .224 round. After 20 minutes of banging and pissing off my wife the bullet had pulled out about 2mm from the case and stopped there. That said, it's pretty easy to use. Setup could have been easier if they had shipped the collets preassembled with the o-ring around them. It's a bit of a pain to get the o-ring around the collets as trying to hold three tiny pieces of metal while stretching an o-ring over them takes some decent dexterity. It also helps keep the pieces together. You can't see it from the picture but without the o-rings you have 12 tiny pieces of metal floating around once you open the package. It would be nice if there was a convenient place on the tool to store them, like in the handle. I suppose if you wanted to leave the collets unassembled you could drop them back into the hammer when not in use, but then you have to sort through all the tiny pieces to find the ones you need and reassemble them every time you want to use it. It may sound like a lot of complaints. They're more minor inconveniences.
