10 Vacuum Cleaner Scent Tablets. Air Freshner Tablets for Bagged Vacuum Cleaners

These are great. I bought a vacuum from someone and it kind of smelled. I tried cleaning it very well and got a lot of stuff out of it. I took the motor apart and blew it out with my air compressor. I could still smell a little bit of the smell I didn't care for while using it though. I bought new bags and these tablets and the smell is gone. It makes the house smell good now while using it. They are very easy to use, just open the package and drop one or two in the bag and it's ready to go.

I have a Kirby vacuum and it picks up EVERYTHING out of my rugs. Included pet smells into the air. These tablets eliminated that at the first use.

Smelled fresh at first but smelled like dog after a couple vacuums. Works just as well if you suck up some baking soda & a spritz of perfume/cologne on a cotton ball or couple drops of essential oil.

I was skeptical to purchase given the mediocre feedback but I'm happy I did! Love these tabs...the funky 'wet dog' smell is totally gone from my Kirby. Having a 120lb malamute can do that :). Great product!

With a plethora of scents available this single product has the best of them all and best of all it works so well in my Hoover Vacuum Cleaners and other bagged cleaners. I never expected to smell the results that I received from these wafers. As soon as I turned on the vac the pleasant aroma began infiltrating the air. Compared to the odor put out by the vac without the wafer it was fantastic. The sellers of bagged vacuum cleaners should include at least 2 of these in with each vac they sell but I understand they do not want to reduce the demand for the bags because the bags will put off an odor before the bags become full.Bottom line: Best solution for smelly bags that have significant use remaining.

I have a kirby which will allow for the bag to not be changed for 2 or more months. With a dog this is a very stinky proposition. One tablet inside the bag and my house now smells fresh after vaccuuming rather than like a wet dog.

Before I came across these, I never knew such a product existed or even gave much thought to the odors that might be emanating from my vacuum cleaner. This is one of those cheap small products that can make an impact on daily life. I popped it into my bagless vaccum cleaner (I place it right before where the fan is) and it makes everything smell nicer or at least drowns out the smell of my dog's hairs.

These work alright as long as you put them at the top of the vacuum bag otherwise it's difficult to smell. The tablets continue to diffuse whether you are vacuuming or not so after a couple of weeks there is no smell left. I now just spray the vacuum bag itself with some febreeze before I begin and that refreshes the bag as well as the whole house.
