If you plan to use them for crafting you wont be disappointed, if you plan to use them to pick your teeth I would avoid them :) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ good for stirring/applying small amounts of inks and dyes; your satisfaction will depend on intended use *by S***O on June 20, 2017* I needed some toothpicks for dripping alcohol inks onto metal blanks and dripping resin dyes into resin. I didn't need anything spectacular, just something much smaller than a popsicle stick. These do the job. I dispense a drop of whatever I am using on to the toothpick (it absorbs some of the color, but that's why I got a lot, so I could just throw used ones away, and not feel too badly about it because, as wood, they are biodegradable). I am not sure I would use these to clean between teeth. They seem more designed for craft purposes. I prefer to carry floss picks (that have a little bend-out plastic toothpick) if I need to remove food. These are flat and not round (should be obvious from the product name). These are very inexpensively made and somewhat inconsistent in quality. I suspect whether or not you like them will depend on what your intended use is. I probably wouldn't build a toothpick bridge out of them (we did something like that in elementary school) but if you just need to stir a small bit of colorant or something to a craft or cooking project (these would also work for adding gel food coloring to frosting), they are fine. A few are broken and they are sort of weak if you put a lot of pressure on them, but that is not really an issue for my particular applications. The sizing is a little inconsistent but again, not a problem for me.
