Installed springs everything worked perfectly absolutely would buy again in the future.

Good product. Recommend 18" winding bars
Product was as advertised. Returns can be taken to your local Home Depot - a nice touch. The springs came with 12" winding bars. Unless you're quite muscular, you're going to find the winding process tough. I had to rest my arms several times. 18" winding bars would have helped a lot.

Poor packaging
Product seems good quality but I paid a hefty price for shipping and the box the spring came in was broken in two piece's. Hopefully it didn’t get damaged during shipping and decrease performance and/or longevity. I would recommend using a different shipper.

Works great!
This torsion spring was easy to install with 2 people and works great! My garage is actually a lot more quiet.

18” Winding Bars needed not 12” included
Just installed; so we’ll see.They advertise winding bars included; but they’re ONLY 12” which they don’t advertise!STRONGLY RECOMMEND 18” winding bars. Please add the 18” winding bars before someone gets hurt!

Good product, good price
It was the correct part I needed. The spring tentioners could have been a little longer

Smooth
Always buy a pair when replacing a broken torsional spring. WESSOL was the supplier and had a great price. Too bad it was not “Amazon Prime”, but it only took a couple of days. The winding rods were missing, but WESSOL shipped them ASAP. Install went extremely smooth; I suggest always have a friend help and use two vise grips to hold the load bar in place when spring tensioning. Search for vise grips on torsional garage door spring replacements and take your time.
