Review: Last very long and very pigmented !! - It came in a box with that cardboard paper stuff, I cased in a regular eyeshadow box with bubble wrap so very protected. The yellow did bust, but it’s not like I use yellow anyways so that’s okay, not every damage can be avoided but they tried their best. Wore the eyeshadow from the pallet to school for 7-8 hours and an addition few until late at night and it stayed pretty good and pigmented, it beat my eyeliner!! The white is very good and white, doesn’t take too many layers if any at all to achieve the bright white. The black also goes on pretty smooth, most lovely pallet with a lot of variation !! Review: Very pigmented - These are the most pigmented shadows I have ever owned. The packaging was perfect and nothing was broken or cracked. All my shadows arrived in perfect condition. The down side of this is that it is extremely difficult to open the palette (even using something to pry it open). It has a hard snap which is great for travel and the fact that it wont open up randomly but as far as when it comes down to using it, it isn't easy to open up...even my husband was struggling. I used a rough nail file to file down the snap part making it smoother and easier to pry open with something. As far as opening it with my fingers its impossible without breaking or damaging your nails because the groove to open it isn't wide enough for a finger tip to open it. I was going to return it for that reason but then this morning I decided to try a couple colors on my lids and OMG!...they're smooth, silky and all you need is a tiny of the tiny amounts on the makeup brush. I used a little and it was a lot when applied on my lid. So literally dip the brush a tiny tiny bit into it. They were so pigmented and this was tried on without my shadow primer so I can imagine with. They are all matte which I have never worked with all mattes (I'm a shimmer girl) but the mattes are indeed beautiful. I am keeping it and going to order the "warm" colors next. I was looking for a replacement for my Coastal Scents and I thought nothing will compare but this passes it. I will do another review if things do not work out for me when I use it out of the house for the first time. Do you think this product would be a good match for my skin?** A: I think it would be. As long as you use an eye shadow primer first (I suggest NYX's in white for great pigment) the creasing shouldn't be too bad. **Q: are they creamy shadows?** A: They are not creamy. They are pressed powder. **Q: Could these be used for eyebrows? Read they are matte colors.** A: Technically, yes. Anything can be used for eyebrows. But I wouldn't recommend it. They colors are pretty pigmented however they are kind of powdery. I guess it depends what you are looking for. This was a great buy regardless so you should get it and just try it out.
