Can any longer-term users confirm?** A: I bought 5 of these for my company about 3 years ago. The letters came off of 1 of them. Looking back, the letters come off of all keyboards used by this user. Key feel is good. There are lights for the Cap Lock and Num Lock. The lights are all in the upper right-hand corner which is not ideal but acceptable. The unit is not as stable on the desk as it could be, but again it is acceptable. There are little legs that provide a slight tilt. I bought this keyboard after another 5 star keyboard that was more expensive went bad after just a few months of use. I am a fairly heavy user, so I will see how durable this unit is.
