Review: Worth the extra cost.... - This 10a fuse was found to be the cause of dying PCMs in '99-04 Grand Cherokees, or at least one of the causes. They are super sensitive to stable voltage. Over time, this 10a fuse was increasing in resistance. My OEM fuse was reading 8Ohms. I measured 10 new fuses from a cheap fuse assortment I had on hand, and they all read about 4Ohms. The Bussman's read between 0 and 0.2Ohms. After replacing, I decided to replace all fuses supplying control modules like the BCM, TCM, and ICM. Cheap fuses are fine for lights, radios, blowers, and the like.
