Tried other cheaper alternatives to these where the process was reversed. Where this forces the cut item up into the blades in to the collection container the cheaper alternatives push it down which was very flimsy and unstable. His model comes with both the smaller dicer ideal for onions and the larger. It makes dicing and chopping so easy although it doesn’t stop eyes running with strong onions I’m afraid.
