A: Yes, the bag will fit the machine with either battery.

**Q: why the cancer warning?**
A: Doesn't just about everything carry a cancer warning?  Only thing I can think of related to the battery.  There is a bit of synthetic fabric, but it doesn't come in contact with the skin except when the "hand carry" is used.
