For me keeping my tounge clean and rinsing with a mouthwash was the key. Since I find the taste of ProFresh difficult to bear, I use this rinse just once a day and regular mouthwash the rest of the day. I did use ProFresh as instructed in the beginning to get rid of the bactreria buildup then gradually switched to using it less often. However, your experience maybe different.
