**Q: Blini Shelf life**
A: Kept in refrigerator for one week as they were needed. Very good.

**Q: Are these ready made and only need to be heated. And what is the shelf life? Can they be frozen?**
A: Yes, they're fully cooked and only need to be warmed (though they're perfectly delicious cold in my opinion). I don't see why they couldn't be frozen, but I never tried it so I'm not sure. I'm not sure about shelf life, but since they encourage so highly to have them shipped quickly I would guess they're perishable within a short time (a few days or a week). Honestly they were so good that my boyfriend and I ate them all pretty much on the spot, so I'm not sure how long they'll last in a fridge.

**Q: Have Marky’s ever check the email from there own website customer support ？**
A: The caviar with the red colored lid. I can’t remember the name of it.

**Q: What is in these that 36 small little pancakes cost more than caviar ?**
A: Not real caviar unless you are buying very small amounts.
