Use for reheating soups, pasta, making sauces, etc. The curved edge allows for easy stirring around the edges. The stainless feels more expensive than a $20 pot and it washes up easily. This is the 4th time I’ve purchased this. I’m sending this one to a relative. Everyone likes them because they are easy to use and to clean. If you have gas cook-top, depending on your grate spacing, be careful to place pot in center, as it can occasionally wobble - take time to place it and it’s stabile. No problems wobbling on glass cooktops. This is now our go-to pot for smaller amounts, due to It’s light to mid-weight, easy to grab, lift and wash. And one of our standard lids from another pot fit perfectly. The only thing I would change is the pour spout. For me I prefer it on the other side or even on both sides. But, all in all, this is a workhorse. Great value.
