good direct fit. I did upgrade the push rod from clutch master cylinder before install with a heim joint I bought on Ebay. Good seller no issues. Update april 2019 still working good. Make sure you install the heim joint to eliminate the cheap plastic keeper. You tube will show you the heim joint fix. I would keep your old one just in case because the clutch spring is almost impossible to find for this application. Your old assembly can be rebuilt but this is the easy way out to save time. I had a mechanic install mine because of the difficulty of the job. Update may 2019 still works great.

Fit and function was perfect
92 F350 the product is what it is and where it is...a pedal assembly under the dash and with the steering column running through it and a clutch master cylinder bolted to it with the brake booster bolts holding it to the floor. You will be under the hood and you will be upside down under the dash and it will be a bit tight to turn the part out of its home and the new one in. It will go and it will work and as usual any difficulty you have in getting the job done can be attributed to an engineer somewhere who decided that was the best place and design of the area the part lives in. NOT the fault of the part. The part is exactly like the original and eventually will fail in the same manner as the original if you haven't learned to lube the bushings on occasion.

Fit as expected
Item fit as expected. I put this item on a 1992 f250 with a 7.3 IDI that originally had an automatic transmission.

Fit was perfect and it was welded better than the OEM unit ...
Used to repair the OEM unit on a 1992 F350. Fit was perfect and it was welded better than the OEM unit was so that was a plus. Took more time to undo the previous owners hack repair to it than the actual repair should have taken, but I'd guess a couple hours total if you're mechanically competent and have the right stools. Clutch bracket is left loose so you have to align it and tighten it down once installed.

Great value
I can not believe a person would spend a day taking your old one out, turning out a number of bushings only to put the old assembly back in, when for this very good price you can have a brand new one. I highly recommend. It works perfectly.
