I bought it as a surprise for my husband’s office and the night before I attempted to assemble it to have a waiting for him in the morning. What I found was a second piece of tubing so far up in the machine that I was unable to get it down to follow the instructions because it wouldn’t even reach far enough for me to get it out and plugged into where it was supposed to be plugged into. I cut my hands several times on the piece of crap ceramic attempting to do it. I now have nothing to give to my husband on the morning of his birthday so what a complete disappointment and waste and false advertising for faulty piece of equipment.

This is very substantial with a & lovely light & a great idea. Nice & tall but the sound of the water is not pleasant. Pardon my words but sounds like someone taking a piss. I placed some rocks underneath the falling water to maybe break the pouring sounds but it caused the water to splash all around on the table etc. The sound was softened just a bit. Thought about possibly returning it but the box etc. got thrown away. So guess I'll just keep working with it. Maybe sound won't be as offensive to others as me.

I really love the look of the fountain. I made the mistake of filling the water over the mesh filter which made water sprinkle out a bit, but once the water went down a bit it stopped sprinkling out. As for the noise level, it's louder than the old fountain that I had so it was very noticeable, but after a day of running it I'm more used to it now. I keep mine in the living room, so I would want something more quiet, but if you were keeping this in your bedroom for a white noise effect it's for you for sure.

Brought this a while back. It wasn’t functioning properly but I rigged it to get it to work because I needed it for an event. I kept using it but extremely loud motor currently looking tor a similar one. It is a pretty looking fountain.

This was a gift- I’ve not seen it opened as yet! I look forward to seeing the fountain working!

Waste of money. For a $80 fountain I would expect better quality. The hose does not fit the motor properly. After about a half hour finally got it attached and stayed that way for about a month now the hose won't stay attached to the motor. When it actually stays the fountain is great but won't be ale to use it anymore seeing the hose keeps coming off of the motor. Complete and utter waste of my time and money. I bought this to help me relax instead I want to throw it up against the wall.
