I thought I would try them since I'm trying to eat healthier. These are actually pretty amazing! I've never eaten a bowl of oats and thought I would like another bowl but after eating these I wanted more! The texture and taste are different from and rolled oats and for the better (more chewy and less mushy). I cook them in an instapot and added triple the water and cooked them on the pressure cooker setting for about 4 minutes and then let them sit for about 15 minutes. They came out perfect. I think the biggest problem with this bucket of oats is the lid. I didn't really mind but some people are going to have a really hard time getting it open. I took my knife and had to carve off the edge cuz the pull tab would not pull the edges off like it should. Other than having a lot of challenges with the lid.
