It’s amazing great value for money and rivals the very expensive ones as the quality and type of materials used are very similar to the higher end brands. I use this on shorter city runs. You can fit a bladder in the back. I just use the front for one soft flask, and can then stash a light jacket and t-shirt in the back to change into after my run. There’s another little pouch in the back that works well too for snacks. I’d definitely recommend this. I’ve had it a couple of years now and it has held up well.

This is a great little hydration vest. It’s amazing great value for money and rivals the very expensive ones as the quality and type of materials used are very similar to the higher end brands. This vest is very light weight and comfortable. The vest does have a lot of pockets to put things in for the run you'll take. It does not get loose during my runs out and it has a cute little orange whistle that is loud in case of an emergency. The quality of the vest is great its not cheap feeling.
