So many uses but, mostly helps me sleep better. I spray it on my pillow before bed. Sometimes used to help freshen my dog when it stress sweats. I like that it's organic. The price is great and the bottle comes with a slow drip cap. I will probably transfer it to a mister bottle as needed. It's a slightly different aroma from my other high quality premium sourced organic lavenders of angustifolia variety, and I'm not thrilled-loving it like I do the other organic lavender essential oils I use and mix and dilute.
