The WALKER AND HAWKES Brown Premium Cowhide Leather Cowboy Hat combines full-grain leather durability with UPF 50+ sun protection and a customizable steel wire brim. ## Description

Properly measuring your hat size can ensure you get the perfect fitted hat. So it not only looks good, but feels great too!
You will need:
- measuring tape
- or a piece of string and a ruler
How to:
1) Wrap the measuring tape or piece of string around the largest part of your head. This will usually be around your eye-brows and forehead.
2) Mark the spot where the two ends meet around your head (make sure it is tightly wrapped around for a more accurate measurement)
If you are using a measuring tape, note down the measurement in centimetres.
If you are using a string, straighten out the string that was wrapped around your head and measure using the ruler in CM.
Our Explorer Hat is made from 100% full-grain cowhide leather. The fabric has a richness and character hard to find anywhere else. Your Explorer Hat will feel as though it is made just for you as it naturally adjusts to the shape of your head the more you wear it, along with the adjustable shape of the brim to further customise a style to suit you.

The premium leather is naturally waterproof so water will be bouncing off your hat, with the wide-brim offering further protection for your face and eyes. This wide-brim is perfect for the summer months too - protecting your face and eyes from the Sun with its UPF 50+ rating. A leather chin strap can be fastened around your chin to prevent the hat flying off during those windy days. This chin cord can be easily removed and is attached to the inside of the hat so you won’t need to worry about holes in the side of your hat!

These are absolutely fantastic and a proper bargain. They are real, solid leather, and made to look aged. The fit is spot on with a very soft leather nubuck adjustable chin strap. There is also a small pouch inside the hat where you can place a pad to adjust the fit, if required. These are very well made. Delivery was also fast, well packaged and arrived undamaged. I'm so pleased that I've purchased the light brown one for my wife. Highly recommended.

The first one I ordered had to be returned due to too many scratches and cuts on the leather (the hat will be part of a collection). The return was smooth and the refund quick, so congrats to the customer services.The new hat arrived in no time, and this time in pristine condition.The leather is premium, and you can see that the manufacturing is of high quality. The colour is exactly as I expected, dark brown, and the thickness is amazing, which makes the hat really sturdy and hopefully durable.Now, the only thing needed is some good maintenance and care, like waterproofing the hat and the use of a good leather conditioner now and then.I definitely reccomend the hat and the seller.
