Plus I usually only use this for one or two letters at a time and the glue gun makes it so much easier to apply and deal with. I would recommend spending $10 on a new glue gun and dedicating it just to the wax. **Q: Did you need to use any extra postage to mail these on an inner envelope?** A: You should take one set to your local post office and have them weigh it for you - a seal on the inner envelope might increase the total weight enough that the postage price will go up slightly. (as for hand-cancelling - it seems like each post office has its own rules or procedures, so we recommend going to your local PO and having them give you the cost, just to be safe.) **Q: Do i need a dedicated glue gun for these, or will i still be able to use the one i have for regular melt glue too** A: Sean, it is definitely easier to have a glue gun you can dedicate to using for glue gun sealing wax! Mailable waxes are strong and flexible enough to withstand postal handling, but the postal machinery could damage the seal by scraping or smearing the wax.
