If you aren't making color reproduction related work use them as much as you can and also save money from the "gaming" branded ones. They are made out of plastic, but you get what you paid for and do the job. I'm pretty sensitive to glasses and these are a bit of a pain. They reduce eye strain from the tv but give me a different eye strain from the distortion. Also, bridge piece sticks to nose and isn't too comfortable with headsets.
