Seems like there's something like a metal ring inside the rim that prevents it from actually flopping. you have to mold it to the way you want it to fall, but it doesn't even fall, it just stays there. UGH. I went to Target and picked up an actual floppy hat and that's when I realized the floppy hat rims should not be hard; so that's the difference in these cheap hats - the rim is hard. so annoying!!!
