Review: Like many others, I ordered a two pack and only got a single - I'm in the UK and ordered this from the US as inches-only tapes are almost impossible to get in the UK. The delay makes this doubly inconvenient.

**Q: What are the measurements of the case? Trying to decide if its a good size for our handy little 5 year old.**
A: It is small and fits inside my pocket. As a cabinetmaker, I prefer a very small short tape. It is about 2x2x1/2. There are slimmer unites around. It will still be big for a 5 year old but manageable.

**Q: does it have metric?**
A: No.  Just inches in 1/16" and 1/32" increments.

**Q: What is the width of the blade on this 9ft tape measure?**
A: 0.5 inches

**Q: Any ideas of how to take the magnet out of the belt clip?**
A: As my Pa always said, "you can take the clip out of the magnet, but you can't take the magnet out of the clip."

I needed a reliable small portable tape measure to measure my patients' height during my home visits. I had been using fabric tape measures but them all invariably broke with tape tearing in half. So I searched and found this product thru this great family-owned company. The size is perfect for my needs and the build quality is excellent. I am sure this tape measure will last me for many years for use. Its is very easy to use and is to read the measurements. The lock mechanism is easy to engage and holds the tape firmly in place with no slippage. I have already used it for many patients and it's functionality is perfect for my needs (see enclosed pictures). It has dramatically improved my workflow. This company has great service and the product appears exactly as product photo. It arrived much much sooner than I expected. I am very happy with my order and I would order from them again.
