A: It doesn't say on the bottle.  The important questions are where are the ingredients from and where are the ingredients put together.  Your best bet is to go to the Seeking Health website and use their contact form to send an email to them with your questions.  I have found that most companies respond within 72 hours.

**Q: Is this gluten free?**
A: According to their website, this is listed 
as a gluten free supplement.

**Q: what is shelf life and expiry date on these?**
A: Mine expire 11/2022.

**Q: Does this have to be dissolved or can you just swallow it?**
A: You allow it to dissolve in your mouth. It has a pleasant, mildly sweet taste. I crack it with my teeth to allow it to dissolve more quickly. It takes about 30 seconds. My functional medicine doctor recommended this brand.

I have 3 kids with level one autism. one of them had a speech problem with repeating words/ parts of words, like he got stuck and a CD was skipping. I ordered this just in case it would help, and it did help. I haven't seen any negative side effects. the tablet dissolves like a chewable vitamin and tastes like a sweet tart.
