With a palatable apple and molasses flavor, it offers a convenient 9-day supply backed by veterinarians for horses of all ages, making it an essential part of equine digestive health, especially for horses in sandy or overgrazed environments. ## Description Sand impactions can occur when a horse ingests sand or soil particles, either accidentally or intentionally. Many horses ingest small amounts of sand without harm, but if the volume is high enough, the excess sand may congregate in the horse’s intestinal tract and can cause an obstruction. The incidence of excess sand in the gut is often thought of being limited to horses in sandy areas or regions, but horses can have bouts of sand colic regardless of geographic location and even if they’re grazing on pastures. Sand and dirt hide in unexpected places like hay bales, grass pastures, and your horse. Help reduce the possibility of sand colic in horses with SandClear Crumbles. SandClear Crumbles is formulated with a premium psyllium husk to support the removal of sand and dirt from the ventral colon. Ideal for horses that live in sandy regions, are turned out on overgrazed pastures, eat hay off the ground, or habitually consume sand due to boredom. This palatable, apple & molasses flavored psyllium supplement is backed by veterinarians for horses of all ages, including foals. ## Features - MAY HELP REDUCE THE POSSIBILITY OF SAND COLIC in horses that live in sandy areas, graze on pasture or eat off the ground - SUPPORTS THE REMOVAL OF SAND & DIRT from the ventral colon - FORMULATED WITH A PREMIUM PSYLLIUM HUSK, making SandClear Crumbles an optimal choice for your horse - PALATABLE, EASY-TO-GIVE apple and molasses flavored crumbles that horses love! - SUPPORTED BY VETERINARIANS for horses of all ages, including young foals - Provides 9 scoops at 5 oz. serving - SandClear 3 lb. is part of the Horse Care Loyalty Rewards Program -- enroll today! ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Asin | B000HHLVRW | | Best Sellers Rank | #3 in Horse Probiotics & Digestive Supplements | | Date First Available | July 25, 2007 | | Department | womens | | Item Model Number | 10203 | | Manufacturer | Central Garden & Pet | | Manufacturer Recommended Age | 1 month and up | | Product Dimensions | 7.13 x 7.13 x 6.5 inches; 3 pounds | ## Product Details - **Allergen Information:** Rawhide-Free - **Brand:** Farnam - **Flavor:** Apple - **Item Form:** Crumbles - **Item Weight:** 3 pounds ## Images ![SandClear Crumbles, Psyllium Digestive Supplement, 9 Day Supply - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71MRBBlNO0L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Horses eat it *by on Reviewed in the United States August 30, 2025* Excellent supplement!
