Horrible to use, not change to feel the difference from levels of presión, the package was smashed at the arrival. Not good. I asked to refund the money. They said that they will give me 50% only and to keep the gadget, instead. As the cost to sent would be more expensive. Material so heavy and unconfortable... Awful

Great product I've being using it twice daily and my pelvic floor has improved greatly. Like all exercise you have to keep it up for maximum results. This is a great item and does exactly what manufacturer states it will do. I gave it 5 stars for this reason, also I got a great discount because the box was slightly damaged.

It's not easy to get used to using this item , but I keep trying

It's a generic size, as a smaller person it simple is too big.

Makes your muscles ache but as long as it works, its worth it.
