They are also very thin and do not hold up to even opening them. They arrive looking like they are shrunk wrapped. You have to pull them apart to open and I ripped the first two trying to figure it out. If you have a larger size head, or if you have a lot of hair...forget these. They are too small. Now, look - this will not keep your hair dry if you decide to stand under a pouring down shower. Very little will keep your hair dry when you do that. However, if you are making an effort to keep water off your head, this cap will help keep your hair dry. If you want to use this cap to protect your hair/head from bits of dust, etc. while you are doing some cleaning or carpentry work or some such thing, this cap will perform admirably. The cap is not large and will not cover a helmet-size head of hair/rollers/etc. It can be used for hair coloring processing.
