I now use it to bounce on with my son whole he's crying - at least the give for that is nice as it makes the ball quite easy to bounce ...
I used this during pregnancy to help relieve pressure on my hips and help baby get into position. For the price and size I can't complain too much- I just wish it was firmer as you do end up squishing it down quite a bit while sitting on it. We ended up getting a bigger, less expensive exercise ball because the pictures/descriptions of this product were deceiving and confusing and I accidentally ordered the wrong size because I went by the pictures. The ball itself is decent quality but it's no longer in use at our house.
