I was keep reading the reviews, adding the item on my basket then save it for later and finaly remove it, because they are very expensive. But few days ago i told myself let me by it and if i am not happy with it i can return it and i bought 5 different style. So today i used two of them and made a cake and it came out beautifuly. The cake just slided out like a fish. That being said, this is a lovely, sturdy tin that didn't warp in the oven. As with any NordicWare pans, you need to grease the detailing very well to ensure nothing sticks. I used room-temperature, thickish coconut oil to do the job using a pastry brush to get into the crevices, let the cake cool completely in the pan before inverting, and it came out perfectly.
