Great looking sink, prompt customer service & product support.
Had to get a replacement for a leaking sink and finally settled on the matte black high arch version. No frills on the packaging, but was foam padded securely. Amazon puts their product box in another a larger slim box, but didn't seem to be an issue when receiving. Took out my old sink, got all the parts together in line as I usually do when installing an appliance.I know a good handful of people said the instructions weren't all that great, but aside from connecting the initial hot and cold lines, popping the lines through the hole in your counter and then putting the gasket , metal gasket retaining ring, then snugging up the column nut, the final step is to tighten 2 small screws which basically act as a lock for the nut. Connect the hot and cold lines and you're basically in business. Some tips- these types of sinks seem to weigh heavy and want to tilt over. This can be a problem if you're installing this by yourself like I was. Use something to prop the sink up as straight as possible when you're on the step of tightening the giant nut. It will save you some effort as the nut won't be trying to force the whole faucet into plumb as it tries to close the gap underneath as it tightens down. When you've hit the point of where that nut is snug, it'll be that much easier to feel out and go from there. Otherwise, you'll be fighting the force of the ring when it's not aligned, yet still has a way to go.Finally got things together, turned everything on, checked all the valves, checked for leaks all was well, OR so I thought. As I was flipping the sprayer head to test, I went to go wrap the buckle that is used to hold it down, which keeps the sprayer valve open fully. Something seemed off, and I looked closer, the little clip hooks where it attaches to the top of the sprayer head was not fully engaged into the holes where it should have been. Unfortunately it had marks/scratches, probably from when it was first assembled, to any movement, me taking it out of the box and installing. The clip as a whole was in the right place, but seemed was not tested to be exactly in the hole.A couple of pictures and a quick message through Amazon to the seller. They are sending me a new sprayer head to replace the scratched one vs taking it all apart and sending the whole thing back in for an exchange. They were prompt in their response and no hassle on fixing the issue for me. So A+ on customer service and product support. It is a little more on the expensive side, cheaper than a competitor on here that starts with K, but same style. They've got a discount going on this one that I just purchased. Overall, I'm happy, it looks good, seems well built and could last a long time. We'll find out.Oh yea, final note, water pressure also increased, so I've got to figure out how to have a splash guard now.

Great product, better price
The faucet works beautifully. Love the twin spigots and the color-coded heat indicator. Saw in other reviews there were concerns with the weight of the free handle, but I found it to be easy to hold and use. Great faucet, and VERY easy to install!Pro-tip: make sure your water supply pipes are within reach of the included supply lines when they are installed in the faucet. I had to run to a local big-box hardware store for a short line to span the gap between the included line and my hot water supply. :-)

The hardest part was removing my old faucet
I often find that the kitchen faucet is used quite frequently during meal preparation. Even though all my children have grown and moved out, with just the two of us, invariably one of us is using the faucet when the other needs to use it and must wait for the other to finish or else 'butt in'.When I saw that this faucet can be used by both nozzles at the same time, that's when I said "I'll take it!"It took us 6 hours to complete the install - 5 1/2 hours to remove the old, broken faucet and only 30 minutes to install this new faucet.Having the two separate nozzles has been very handy already and we've only had it installed for one week! The part that I don't particularly like about this faucet is that it isn't a simple matter to grab the sprayer and change the direction that it is spraying. It takes two hands to remove it from its 'base' and even though I can sometimes remove it using one hand, it always takes me two hands to put it back on its 'base'.It seems to me that they could have created the base to be something that one could easily set the faucet down on or had a set of hooks holding it in place where one could simply grab it, lift it up off the hooks, use it, then set it back down onto the hooks. But no, they have a sideways holder. The holder is made to swivel 360 degrees, which can be quite useful for some, but it also means that there is no resistance at all when trying to set the sprayer back onto the base. One hand must hold the base in place to keep it from swiveling while the other hand pushes the sprayer onto it in a sideways manner. That is why I only gave it 4 stars overall. The rest of the faucet is wonderful. The hoses are narrower than my old faucet's hoses, so I wondered about the reviews I read that said that the water pressure was very strong. How could it be with such narrow hoses? And yet, once we installed it and turned on both nozzles, we found to our happy surprise that it really does have very strong water pressure even when both nozzles are in use at the same time!I am still getting used to the fact that this faucet actually has THREE places where water can be turned on and off: at the base of the faucet, at at each nozzle. The base handle determines hot/cold and how much water should come out, so one can set it to a medium temperature there and turn it on full blast, yet have the nozzles turned to the off position so the faucet is in fact off. Then one simply turns on the specific nozzle one intends to use.I started using the faucet that way, with the base always turned on and just squeezing the sprayer whenever I wanted to use it, knowing that water would come out (or turning the knob on the 'regular' faucet nozzle and water would come out). Then after a few days my husband turned the base to 'off' and when I went to use the sprayer no water came out. I was at first afraid that somehow we had lost all water to the house because the normal nozzle didn't have any water either when I turned its knob on. . . . until I noticed that the base handle was turned to OFF.At least now I know to glance at the base handle if no water comes out of either nozzle when I turn them on.I did not get the version with the glowing lights because it was $10 more and my old sink has three holes so I needed to also buy the matching base plate that covers the extra holes in the sink. Plus I really don't need a light to tell me whether the water is hot or cold. I once bought a shower head that had lights and those lights only worked for a week before they stopped lighting up altogether so I decided my money would be better spent on what really mattered in a faucet.

Very nice!
We had one similar, but the handle kept falling off. We wanted the same style and loved that this offered the spray spout and the regular spout. Installation requires more than one person because it is very top heavy and someone's needed to anchor it in place while the screws are tightened. Once installed, it works great, feels like we have better water pressure.

Works great & looks sleek.
It arrived safely packaged and quickly, even without Amazon prime. No dings or issues with the unit on arrival. My husband installed this in about an hour and said it was very straightforward. Of note, he is a handy person in general and has done a lot with plumbing, electric, etc.We are only on day 3 of having it installed but so far I love everything about it. We did not experience any issues with the indicator lights or the height of the faucet, as some reviews have pointed out.I will update the review in a few months in case any issues arise that consumers should know about. But so far, I'm very satisfied with the purchase and the price!
