I don’t think anything like this will stop that. They can crawl under and around it because they are so small. But I don’t know that for sure. The stitching it well done reducing the chance of whatever is inside spilling out. The zipper is durable yet tucks away so it won’t scratch wood floors. The fabric is plush & lined with a nice quilting pattern. Inside is a linen colored tube filled with beads, again this sock seems durable. Attached to each end is a cord loop through can be used to hang the item when not in use or to attach to your door. Due to its heavy weight, I simple placed it on the floor. It just stays there, even when attacked by the kitten who thinks it is his toy. The outer cover can be removed & laundered, which I’ve done twice (due to aforementioned kitten). It washes wonderfully. It looks wonderful, in a nice deep grey pewter. Best of all, it stops drafts cold! The company includes a nice thank you nite & care instructions. Again, showing they pay attention to the details.
