I am 5’10. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I love this bench...even more now *by M***V on July 17, 2022* First, this bench is very high quality and is everything as described: Solid but light-weight, comfortable. No padding required. The legs can be removed and all parts put in the linen bag it comes with for easy portability. Personally, I loved this bench from the moment I opened the box but love it even more now that I've experienced an unexpected benefit... I got the standard size to use for my prayer time. I was raised to have and still maintain good posture but I do have heavier thighs, not huge but also not skinny, and unexpectedly tight knees and ankles undoubtedly from injuries sustained playing sports. As such, though the seat itself has always been comfortable, for me, the kneeling position was surprisingly difficult. The discomfort would be so distracting I had to ease off every few minutes for relief. However, with daily use, my knees and ankles have gotten stronger and much more flexible such that I can now sit for an hour or more without discomfort. Now I just need to loose a little fluff off my thighs so that my feet aren't asleep when it's time to stand! Haha.
