Very Satisfied
The product came in earlier than estimated and packaged well. I have not encountered any problems, and I have pushed many pages through it already.

Decent Used Printer
This printer was listed as "renewed", and I quickly learned "renewed" is NOT "refurbished". While the printer works and prints great, the plastic casing showed definite signs of wear, including scratches and bent plastic. Upon opening the box, a thin metal retaining clip on the back of the machine that helps hold the pass-through door closed was bent and would not allow the door to close. I was able to bend the retaining clip back in place, but it is on the verge of breaking now. It shouldn't be a problem as we don't use the pass-through door anyway.Overall, the printer is satisfactory considering the price I paid for it. But please be aware that renewed is not refurbished. No one would "mistake" this renewed printer as new.
