The real value is it's there when you are in a pinch. For me it's just not whole egg. I find it is very yolky. Like the most of the egg white has been taken out. great if you like a lot of yolk but not so much if you like the white with it. I've tried frying, microwaving. baking. and cakes., every one seems too much yolk not enough white. But that is my opinion as I am fussy with food.
