I use this for our work truck. about 4 months out of the year we have it loaded down with ladders.i've had them for 3 years now and there is some rust, but overall running strong. great ladder rack for the price. very easy to install as well with the clamps i hdidn't have to drill. I do go and tighten the clamps every month or so, but only takes a couple of minutes

I don't do a lot of positive reviews. Especially so soon after I make the purchase. But these are very good quality and a great price. Good materials and workmanship and easy to install.

The rack did not come with the clamps and I didn’t feel like that was very clear in the description. The screws in the bed are starting to rust a little after only a month or two. If I drove a nicer truck that would be frustrating. Fairly easy to install, but you will definitely want a second person. You need to be emotionally ready to drill into your bed rails lol.

Was little scratches but I will get like that overtime so not a problem

For the price can't beat it. Easy to assemble, solid once installed. Not 100% sure about the clamps can't get them as tight as I would like them to be that said I was very please when it was all said and done. I would recommend these for sure.

UPDATED: it seems like most companies don't care after the sale. I contacted the seller. They offered to replace the unit. I needed it immediately. They gave me a credit through Amazon to make it right. Phenomenal customer service and support. We don't get to see that often. I will buy from them again if I need more of the types of products that they sell.This seems like a really sturdy rack. Easy to assemble, and heavy duty. The issue that I have is that the NEW rack that I purchased was damaged out of the box. It looks like someone already put it on their truck, used it and then returned it. There are scratches along the pipes and where the mounting clips would sit.I understand that people may return a product, but if I'm spending the money to purchase a new in box product, that's what I expect, not something that has been damaged and returned.I had to mount it to my truck as I need it today.If you are ordering from them, make sure you look at the box when it comes in so that you get a new product... not someone else's reject.

Very sturdy, solid steel ladder rack. Goes together in minutes. The clamps (cost over $40) don't really work wiht my 2021 Silverado 1500 crew cab High Country with a spray in bedliner with plastic on the bed rails. The clamps just don't hold square, to tighten them requires putting them at an angle. Seems some what stable, but buying different clamps to see if that will solve the issue. No place to drill through on the front part of the bed rail. Overall good and solid, but check that the clamps will work well with your truck.
