Our raw, shelled, sage-green pumpkin seeds are wholesome and addictive!! These meaty, flat seeds are crunchy in texture, rich and toasty in flavor. Delicious and ideal for snacking, cooking or baking.

They are very fresh (store-bought isn't always), and the taste is excellent. I've now had them raw in salads and added them to homemade protein bars and am so impressed with the quality that YUpik will be my go-to for ordering them in the future. These are salt-free so I don't worry about any salt-related issues, and they really don't need salt! I've been going salt-free for years now and don't miss it (much). The price is excellent for 2 pounds - I poured enough into a pint jar to last awhile on the shelf, then placed the original bag in the freezer to preserve its quality. These should last awhile, though I LOVE the taste and eat at least a handful every day. Highly recommend!!
