## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can this level be calibrated if needed**
A: I threw this item in the trash. It can be calibrated, sort of. I re-calibrated mine about 8 times and I still received different reading when I rotated the level 180 degrees and placed it on the same sloped surface. Never got the same readings. So, it can be calibrated but it will NEVER give a true reading. Avoid this item.

**Q: Does it come with a carring case?**
A: I did NOT receive a carrying case. As I recall, it came in plastic shrink wrap packaging. Mine was also inaccurate. It ended up in the garbage.

**Q: Does this work it's back/side (display facing the sky)? I have a level I use on the ground and would be nice if I could read from above.**
A: No it doesn't, it display err

**Q: do you have or suggest a torpedo angle finder with laser line ?**
A: No. Only the most expensive are accurate and I do not have a need to justify the prices.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Roofers and Adjusters Beware: Display cannot be photographed

Product is generally as advertised. I ordered two of them, and both arrived in working order. HOWEVER, in my job as an insurance field adjuster and roof inspector, I use this item to measure the pitch of the roof. The product will do that, as advertised. BUT, in my work, I must photograph the display to document the reading for the files. My Canon camera will NOT take a photo of the display! Even though my eye detects no flicker, the display is apparently flickering enough that the camera catches only portions of the display data. I have taken dozens of photos of the display, even in "Hold" mode, and the camera will not catch what my eyes see. I will be forced to buy a different product with a different type of data display. See the photos above. In every single photo, taken within seconds of each other, my eyes saw a Pitch of 6 1/2 or 6 3/8. But the camera caught only snatches of that. I believe it must be flicker.
