The tips and instructions on the beginning of every section are extremely useful and the critical section is extremely helpful, with questions very similar to the ones on the past papers. The scientic section isn't as close to the real IMAT questions but still help get you into the general spirit of IMAT. Overall, a great book that I would highly recommend.
