I use it to caulk base, and cut in paint at the floor level, I installed locks the other day, and you can pull that little thing right up to the door, and your at the perfect height, the wheels are soft for fine finish flooring, like wood and shiny tile, the seat is high quality, it has this handy tray for keeping all the little parts and your tools in one place, its light weight, sturdy, easy to put together..wish I had bought it several years ago.
