I am 55 and the skin around my eyes is just so sensitive and I need to take better care of this area. The Shiseido pads have no rough edges, are thicker than most and absorb product very well which means I don't have to use as much. They are more expensive but I don't need more than 2-3 packs a year and that is about $50. I have no problem with that considering the quality of the cotton and the product..
