Have had multiple compliments. - (Edit from 06.23.2023: I just happened to come across this old review of mine. But it looks like the product linked to this review is NOT the product that I purchased. So beware. The below review is for some honeycomb plastic grill inserts that worked on my 2014 JKU.) Bottom Line: Would buy again. Would recommend to others if they like the look. Pro: Looks awesome; easy to install. Con: There are slight blemishes at the top right of each piece, if visually inspected within a few feet (don't see from further out); The color is closer to a very dark grey, than a true black, but I kind of expect that from all "black" items (matches stock black fenders well) Concern: The attachment is via 3M automotive tape, which just makes me a little nervous. Details: As with all 3M automotive tape installations, make sure you clean the target surface thoroughly. Recommend soap water first, dry, then clean again with rubbing alcohol, being careful to not damage any surfaces in the process. They install in a specific direction, so test first with tape on, then remove tape when you're ready. The honeycomb pattern looks very good in my opinion. Wish the attachment was more of a bolt on, or something, though not sure how that would work. Have seen some other items for sale that are metal and bolt/clamp on on the backside of the grill, making installation a little more complex, but probably less worry of it falling off on the highway. Review: Easy installation - These look so good on my jeep. Very easy to install and they came a day earlier than expected ## Features - Great Compatibility — Perfectly fit for Jeep Wrangler JK JKU 2007 2008 2009 2010 2011 2012 2013 2014 2015 2016 2017 2018 both 2-Door and 4-Door. It just uses the 3M tape to hold them in place. Just be sure you put the right side up or they won't fit properly. **Q: will these work for a 2017 wrangler unlimited sport?** A: Yes, just installed on my 17 jku sport and they look amazing. **Q: What is the upgrade version? Do I have to add both to my cart or just the upgrade version...?** A: Dear friend, if you need upgrade version, you just need add this product. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074XDRD6H/ref=twister_B074WPQ1GM?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 Have a great day. Zoe **Q: Is this compatible with a 2021 Jeep unlimited?** A: No, it is not. It specifically says 2007-2017. The grille slots are not the same on a 2021, you need to look for ones made for the year wrangler you have. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ BEWARE: Looks great! Very easy to install and they came a day earlier than expected ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very nice! *by D***W on July 24, 2026* Very easy install, if you do buy these just be prepared to take the grille off, it’s simple but just a warning. I like theses better than others because you can always just unclip these unlike some that are taped. ## Frequently Bought Together - 7PCS Front Grill Mesh Inserts for Jeep Wrangler JK JKU Unlimited 2007 2008 2009 2010 2011 2012 2013 2014 2015 2016 2017 2018 Grille Guard Cover Trim Clip-in Exterior Accessories (Glossy Black) - Savadicar GrabTray Passenger Storage Tray Organizer Grab Handle Accessory Box for 2011-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK JKU 2/4 Door, Interior Accessories, Black - BASIKER Antenna for Jeep Wrangler Gladiator JL JK JT Rubicon Sahara 2007-2025, Short Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport 4xe Willys Mojave Antenna Replacement, 7 Inch Jeep Wrangler Gladiator Accessories --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.ro/products/176071637-7pcs-front-grill-mesh-inserts-for-jeep-wrangler-jk-jku](https://www.desertcart.ro/products/176071637-7pcs-front-grill-mesh-inserts-for-jeep-wrangler-jk-jku) --- *Product available on Desertcart Romania* *Store origin: RO* *Last updated: 2026-10-04*
