My wife and I purchased some small power banks years ago to use with our phones while traveling; they worked, but very slowly and could only charge our iphones once each - still, better than nothing. We are traveling much more often now and needed a power bank that can be relied on when we're away from a charging station for longer times. The Technet 20000mAh Power Bank works for us! It provides all the recharging power we could need for our phones on any trip and is still acceptable by the FAA for airline travel (providing 72 watt hours - well within the 100 watt hours FAA limit), and it recharges quickly for further use - a happy solution. This power bank also comes with 2 years of support which is very reassuring for long-term reliability.The size of this power bank is similar to a smart phone, so it packs easily - we can carry it in a spare phone holster so that it's always nearby. It charges our phones quickly and it feels very solid in hand. I recommend it to anyone who appreciates the comfort of having backup power while traveling.

Works as expected. Be aware it has the USB micro charging port, Would prefer the C-Type. It is very heavy. May not be comfortable to put in your pocket or carry. I use mine in my car and home. Works well,+

This is my first 20000mAh battery pack, so I am getting used to the weight. But I've used Technet products before and their products have been generally very well built and supported. This battery pack is good and definitely gets the job done well. The size is compact enough for battery pack of this capacity. The edges are rounded (and not sharp edged) so it's comfortable to carry around in a pocket as well.

I've gotten a chance to put a few power banks through their paces during quarantine. This bank compares poorly to a couple others I own of similar capacity. I have an Anker 20,100 mah power bank that can run an iPad all day and still have half its power left. This AIGO 20,000 mah (almost identical capacity) will be dead by the end of the day. The Anker costs a substantial amount more but it's an actual 20k power bank. This one seems to be closer to 10-12k in reality, and bulky for that capacity. Lightning "deal" is disappointing. Gave it two stars because I like the digital display and the fact that it will push enough amperage to recharge an iPad to full while using it.

This is perfect for anyone on the go, it can easily charge your phone or iPad multiple times and very fast!

I like the speed at which it charges my phone. It is great for when you need to run out of the house and your fun is low on battery. It works very well!!

I got this unit recently and charged it up. It did so very quickly. The unit is prettycompact for the size of the charging ability. It will be great for travelling overseasas it seems to last forever.
