Product Description Knorr Beef Paste Bouillon creates perfect bases and has been voted best beef stock mix by the Chefs Choice award for four years running. It is a roast beef flavoured bouillon that is lactose free and gluten free. Use our bouillon to refine and season your dishes. Can be used as a stock, base, seasoning and more. The 1kg variant can make up to 40 litres of beef stock. Our bouillon also comes in other flavours such as vegetable, chicken, cheese, fish, lamb or mushroom. Ingredients vegetable oil (palm, sunflower), flavourings, salt, potato starch, yeast extract, maltodextrin, sugar, beef broth powder (1/2%), beef powder (0.6%), caramel syrup, CELERY seeds Directions Pour 1 litre of boiling water onto a dessert spoon (25g) of Bouillon Paste. Review: Chef - I wouldn’t use anything else. - Best bouillon on the market. I’ve been a chef for years so don’t be fooled by other brands you’ll just have to use more. Great flavour and value as a little goes far. One warning is not to season before it has been dissolved and add a little at a time until you get used to using it. It can be a bit salty if over used. Great variety of flavours and good for braising meat, soups and stocks. I wouldn’t use anything else.

I'm part way through the tub now, and I'll definitely be keeping some in my pantry at all times! Great value compared to fiddly little packets for family cooking. Very tasty for gravy, soups and stews etc.
