The TONMA 18/8 Japanese stainless steel is superior to the Chinese knock-offs made with thinner 18/10 material, and the rubber gasket prevents fine metal shavings being incorporated into our grated cheese.Having been taught to cook by my adopted Italian granny, I really make use of this tool.
